Submerged arc welding

Submerged arc welding the method of SAW is one of the techniques using the phenomenon of electric welding arc.

The main advantages of welding, SAW:

  • an unlimited range of thickness of connected elements, thanks to increased welding process parameters (voltage, current and speed), limiting the adverse effects of thermal cycles on the crystallographic structure of welded steel
  • Arc A6S head master has the ability to work in the system of two wires which allows to improve the weld parameters (increasing the value of toughness at the lower hardness - so-called reduction. fragility of the welded joint)
  • stability and reproducibility parameters eliminates the formation of imperfections at the level of 99%
  • limiting the possibility of continuous operation for a minimum of interruption technology.

Hardware:

  • MKE 5005 Słupowysięgnik type of working area 5000mm x 5000mm cooperating with a source of welding LAF 1000 allows to perform the welding process using a sliding motion of the horizontal arm of 5000mm or travel drive the entire length of the pole at 25m. The system of rollers with a synergistic speed control allows circumferential welds of cylindrical elements in the above. operating range in both the longitudinal axis of track and after rotation by an angle of 90 ˚,
  • Tractor Type A2 whose advantage is reduced to the minimum gauge to allow the inclusion of its use in tight spaces (such as inside a tank during the closing performance of the peripheral joints) and precision drive system and the possibility of smooth control operating parameters allow for full synchronization with the roller positioners.
