Performance of the crucial apparatus of a new production line increasing productive capacity for polyethers.

Reactor - a vessel for producing polyether, vertical with spherical bottoms of 28 mm gauge, the coat and the lower spherical bottom of the reactor is furnished with an external heating coil:

• Dimensions: diameter Ø 2600 mm, height=8000 mm
• Base material: acid resistant steel 1.4571

Filtration vessel - an operation vessel in product dehumidification and neutralisation node, vertical, the circular part and the lower bottom of the coat heated with a half-pipe heating coil:

• Dimensions: diameter Ø 3500 mm, height h=5100 mm 
• Base material: acid resistant steel 1.4571

Storage tank of propylene oxide, vertical, cylindrical, with immovable conic roof, furnished with an external cooler:

• Dimensions: diameter Ø 5000 mm, height h=8500 mm
• Base material: boiler steel P265GH

Moreover:

Cooler of the circulation node, expansion vessel, low-pressure vessel for nitrogen, deaeration vessel, demister, glycerol dehumidification vessel, tank for waste filtration, vessel for preparing suspension.
